American International College was pleased to celebrate the graduation of the 7th cohort of the Masters' Degree program in International Education; Cairo Campus on July 11th, 2014. The event took place at Edu Systems International main hall. AIC faculty members visited Cairo to attend the commencement ceremony and to confer the certificates to the graduates at the Cairo Campus.
The graduation ceremony began with a welcome speech from AIC Staff Azra Rahman who has expressed her motivation and excitement for attending the graduation of Masters Cohort at Cairo, Egypt. This has been followed by a speech from the CEO of Edu systems International who urged the graduates to take their role as changing agents where knowledge and skills will be transferred not only to students but also to their colleagues for the chain reaction to take place.
On behalf of graduates, Ms Nermine Saleh has presented the graduates speech conveying her unique learning experience and journey during studying towards her master degree. Moreover, Regional Director of Education Karen Noone presented commencement speech along with AIC Dean for Cairo Campus. The Master Degree in International Education has been conferred to seventeen educators from different schools, backgrounds, and experiences. Finally, following one year journey in the masters program, graduates and faculty members shared together their accomplishment and celebrated their success in graduation ceremony.
More than sixty guests including parents, spouses and siblings were part of the graduation as well as AIC teaching staff who were part of the ceremony protocol. Feedback from graduates, and attendees was very positive as the ceremony atmosphere was vibrant, attractive, and professional.
